Who is responsible

Contact form

If you send us your details through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, work email and company name. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss Threadion with you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, preferred language, the page you signed up from, and your IP address and browser user agent. We use the IP address to limit abuse of the sign-up form.

We send a confirmation email first and add you only after you click its link (double opt-in). Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Subscriber data is stored on our own servers in Germany, provided by Hetzner, and emails are sent through our email delivery provider. We use this data only to send the newsletter.

Hosting, analytics and cookies

This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to serve pages and protect the site from attacks.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying you. We set only one functional cookie, which remembers that you have signed up to the newsletter so we do not ask again. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other data you send us is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you have the right to:

• access your personal data and get a copy of it;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to the processing of your data.

Transfers outside Indonesia

Some of our providers process data outside Indonesia: newsletter data is stored in Germany, and Cloudflare operates a global network. We transfer data only as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and choose providers that protect it appropriately.
